All you have to do is choose your monthly investment and it will be auto-drafted to your Beauty Bank. You can use your Beauty Bank for any purchase at Peacock Beauty Studio. Beauty Bank members also enjoy a discount on retail. Start & stop anytime in person or online.

Q: Why should I sign up for Beauty Bank?

A: We want to reward our loyal clients and make getting your hair done easier! It can help break up the cost of your hair services in smaller amounts instead of coming up with a lump sum at the appointment. You also get a special discount on in-salon retail!

Q: How soon can I use my Beauty Bank after I sign up?

A: As soon as payment clears, which is usually 2 business days.

Q: How do I start & stop?

A: The easiest way to start and stop is on peacockbeautystudio.com by signing into your account and accessing your Memberships. You can also provide us your card info in person or on the phone, or notify the front desk to cancel.

Q: I forgot to cancel and a payment went through. Can it be refunded?

A: If you forgot to cancel your Beauty Bank but tell us within 3 days, we will refund the most recent deposit to your card on file, or you may keep the balance in your Beauty Bank to use at the salon.

Q: Can I give my Beauty Bank funds to someone else?

A: How kind! Your funds are non-transferable, however you can treat someone else to a membership! Just let us know and we will charge your card on file each month and credit funds to your recipient until you cancel.

Q: Can I combine Beauty Bank and my Extensions package?

A: Yes! Extensions packages cover the cost of installs/reinstalls and bead move-ups. You can use Beauty Bank to save for anything else at the salon!

Q: What if my Beauty Bank doesn't have enough to cover my salon visit?

A: You can use some or all of your Beauty Bank at any time. You are responsible for paying the remaining balance of your service upon completion using our typical payment methods accepted of cash, check, debit or credit card, ApplePay or AfterPay.
